Refund & Replacement Policy – Okrama

At Okrama, we design practical, space-saving products for everyday use. If something isn’t right, we’re here to resolve it quickly and fairly.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

2. Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is highly recommended for faster resolution

  • Requests without valid proof may not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor size/expectation issues

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via Email (info@okrama.com) or WhatsApp with your Order ID

  2. Share images/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will verify within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund

5. Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

6. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Okrama reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the above conditions.
